I had a bad experience with Dr. Tulika and her staff. Despite having an appointment, I still had to wait for some time. When I finally met her, she asked me about my concerns in front of the reception staff, and other patients, and seemed to be in a hurry, not even taking the time to listen. If doctors are so busy, why do they allow patients to make appointments? Moreover, Dr. Tulika is only available on Saturdays, which makes it difficult for patients to get timely medical attention. The staff is always so busy that they often don't answer phone calls. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of care and attention provided by Dr. Tulika and the staff.
