Reviews of Sproutz & Uturn Consignment in Calgary

I am writing to express my dismay at the service I received at Sproutz&UTurn today.
I am a long-time customer, both consigning and shopping at your store for over a decade. Today, I purchased a few items and before the transaction was completed, I inquired about my consignment amount, and was told that I did have credit showing but it was no longer valid because I hadn’t shopped there in a year, so my credit has been pocketed by the store owner, a policy I wasn’t aware of and I don’t remember having signed this policy many years ago. I question whether it is even legal, to confiscate money due to the consignees?
I am very disappointed that the management/owner of Sproutz&UTurn would pull such a dishonest move and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of integrity shown by your family-based store. Due to my experience today, I will not do any further business at your store and recommend others to do the same. I would give no stars if I could :(
