Went to the store on April 18, they had 40 short light pink colour Suit in stock on that day, but the sales person made do an online order in the store. The order never showed up even after a month of waiting. Went to the store to check why my order didn’t show up, the front person told me to come back next day for the Manager lady “Desirae” and she can help me.
Went back the next day to check with the Manager Desirae and she was so rude and not helpful at all. Instead of finding a solution she said she can only offer me a refund. Because it was a online order she didn’t even try to find any solution for me. But what happens to my party which is ruined because of their mistake. I called her again to check with her, but she still won’t help and hang up on me. Why is she even the manager if she doesn’t want to help the customer. I won’t recommend this location to anyone because of her behaviour.

I can't say enough about your staff member Fern at the Sunridge Mall location. She is always helpful and knowledgeable at her job, from helping us with Grad Clothes and now Suits for our sons Wedding. She is very reliable and knows how to find things that have been misplaced, eg: a suit jacket that was sent from another Province. She is exceptional at her job and should be valued greatly within your company. Thank you Fern for setting our minds at ease and always giving us the BEST possible customer service we could expect, you have exceptional Customer Service Skills.
