The WORST service ever. The stylist nicked my head with the razor, left me bleeding. Didn’t listen to my request, instead gave me what she thought would look good. It’s a nightmare. The staff are unfriendly, stuck up, ignorant, rude, and terrible at their jobs. The manager is the worst of them all. She was dismissive of my concerns about my terrible cut, claimed the bleeding scalp wasn’t their fault. Overpriced, terrible stylists. Never go here. If you don’t mind being treated like a garbage rat then this is the place for you.
