food is ok, probably the worst sushi compared to most of yyc’s sushi places. servers are kind, however Towa company policy does not value customer or customer experience. If you have a bad experience, they will basically try to give incentive to spend even more, after you’ve already purchased mediocre food. definitely money-focused. funny thing is, if I had a good experience, the money i would have spent coming back would have FAR OUTWEIGHED the little money it would have taken to fix a tiny plate. terrible experience.
