If I could give no stars, I would. They told me it was ready on Wednesday but was not ready. On Thursday still not prepared, and they could not locate my item. They lost it, and I had a flight to catch on Friday. The place is incompetent, with odd hours of operation for a dry cleaner—incapable business. Had to force the worker to call the cleaning center to locate it. He couldn't reach the manager and didn't offer to compensate me for the loss. Basically this business can not be trusted. He couldn't in the end. The items I had were also not done correctly. Surely I will not take anything there anymore.
