the worst place I have ever lived. horrible management. apartment is overheated and dumpy. maintenance team leaves messes in units. entered without permission. they are delusional to think "market price" is over $2000. can rent brand new downtown for $1700 with a pool, library, etc. so bottom line, do not recommend and will never live in a boardwalk building again.
