Awful awful awful… rude and unprofessional staff

I have never been more offended by any place more than interactions with this establishment…. I wanted to go in for a free consultation to see what they had to offer….they said they required a credit card # to put on file…. I told them that I didn’t agree with this until i decided to go with them or not….. first Sean asked me to “please reconsider “ and when I said no I wasn’t going to go to them because I wasn’t giving them my cc for the consult…. They told me they put a cc down for mini golf… with an emoji that was rolling eyes… I then thought that exchange was unprofessional and told them so …. Then they kept responding saying they were glad that I wasn’t going to be client and that I would never find out about there business because they had decided to not go with me as a new patient and sent laughing emoji at me … I have never ever corresponded with any business that was as unprofessional as west side lasers was….. my advise run run run …. Astonishing they are still in business… please walk away there are so many other good clinics out there that are not just trying to get your money …. I would never even entertain the thought of giving them even one star….but had to put one down….please go to any clinic other than this one
