We purchased a Bernina 830LE from a shop in Guelph. Had nothing but problems with it. The machine was to be serviced before we purchased it which took a month to get after paying for it. Through a little inspection we could see nothing was done to the machine prior to us receiving it. We found Dancing Stitches and visited the shop. The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt vert comfortable in the shop and speaking to them. We took our Bernina there on Friday to get it properly serviced. We know the machine will work perfectly after. We highly recommend everyone to go here for anything. Thank you for all the help you have given us thus far. It is greatly appreciated.
