Very Disappointed, do not recommend! Never going back.

I’m a first time client. I had an appointment to get a hair cut. She thinned out my hair until a point I couldn’t put it up into a pony tail... I had thick and healthy hair and now it looks like I have no hair…..

I wanted to give her another chance. So,
I made an appointment to get my hair coloured and I decided I couldn’t trust her because of my disastrous hair cut..

I cancelled my hair colour appointment 24 hrs in advance. She sent me an invoice of $100 stating that I should’ve cancelled 48hrs in advance. Even DOCTORS do not have a 48 cancellation fee!

Considering I was a new client I thought this would be waived but I guess I should’ve trusted my instincts after my disastrous hair cut…..I’d rather go back to my Toronto Hair Salon.
