The secretaries are ignorant they degrade you they never work with you to find appointments and always say he’s busy, they snap at you rolled her eyes at you I could go on and on and on about the secretaries they both need to be fired and they need to bring back the carols they were amazing cared about people always polite at least two they’re not even go to work with animals. Why he aloud them to treat people this way it’s ridiculous they need to be fired Rose isn’t to bad but the other window who the hell do you think you are? She’s abusive. As the doctor he listens and has always done stuff and tests that I’ve asked for he’s great with my family sadly tho I’ve thought of leaving just cause of the secretary

The receptionist is very rude. She will always question why you are coming in for an appointment. She tries to offer a medical opinion without actually having any medical degrees which is concerning. Ive seen her rolling her eyes while on the phone with patients multiple times. Dr. Morar’s availability is not very flexible. When you do manage to get an appointment it’s a very short wait in the waiting room. Dr. Morar does dismiss most of you concerns usually, so just beware you have to be persistent. I ended up having a life threatening illness that wasnt discovered until after 3 visits because I insisted on blood work. Luckily my specialist was amazing and was able to get me started on treatment quickly. I would love to switch doctors however I have been on waiting lists for a while.
