This company is nothing but absolute garbage! I have been a client of Theres a year now and what a nightmare it's been! I am on my second vehicle with them. The first vehicle I had with them was an absolute breeze. The gentleman I had as my sales guy was very understanding and took the time to very carefully explain everything to me. When I went to pick up the car it was quick and easy. The second vehicle... let me tell you. NIGHTMARE!! First it started with the car was not cleaned and had next to no gas in it(I was promised freshly cleaned and a full tank of gas) then I got into an accident a couple hours after leaving the dealership(no fault of my own) in the middle of processing the accident report I realized action auto failed to give me my ownership. I so how go out of the charge with the police by explaining the Situation with the leasing agency and my paperwork. I contacted the store on the first business day after easter and got the run around about the ownership. I waited 2 days to finally be able to pick up the ownership after I had to harass them about the ownership. They took took their sweet time getting the ownership. Now my second ownership problem with them... I recently moved and after MANY attempts at reaching different employees trying to get an updated ownership with my current address is next to impossible. I have explained it is a traffic act charge and demerit points shall I get pulled over and not able to provide the police officer with an accurate ownership. All employees have ignored every attempt I have made. If you don't want to get a hefty fine/demerit points DO NOT use these crooks! Stay away!!!

The Easyhome of car dealerships!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! 24-38% interest rates on a car LEASE not financed..LEASED. They limit your kilometers, have the ability to "disable" your car, and refuse to return security deposits. I gave them a $1005.00 REFUNDABLE deposit and they are refusing to return it because I signed a virtual agreement. Im a single mom fleaing domestic violence and was desperate for a car so I reluctantly signed VIRTUALLY with out stepping foot into the dealership or seeing the car...theyre refusing to return my deposit because "they can"...most other companies would return a deposit in this situation as per OMVIC guidlines.. but not these money hungry people. Horrible customer service. I've been waiting over a week to find out if I get my deposit back after signing a contract but backing out due to my lawyers advice. I didn't want to write this review, but it's necessary because I don't want others to be sucked into a gimic like this.

Terrible dealership. Stay away. They change the whole structure of the agreement at the slightest change. This is my 3rd vehicle from these and this is for they treat a loyal customer. Paying 3 times what the cars worth at least. Tell you that they'll let you know monthly if you go over you kms but they didn't then bam I owe 3k for over kms that's when the get to you. Squeeze every dime out of you. No morals, no ethics truly evil.
