DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. I hired Jeremy last fall for our front porch and driveway. He is very responsive & attentive ONLY to get your business... but once the money is paid, he is a ghost. He screens calls - go ahead and try calling. You need to leave a message, then he may or may not return your call. Same with emails. He comes to the job site in the morning then leaves his hacks to complete the job with no supervision. One of his workers URINATED on my house (right in front of our security cameras - stupid!!). To which we did not get so much as even an apology and from Jeremy himself a half-apology and nothing else, no remorse. Some quality issues.. perhaps not that bad, but a contractor that knows can pick pick up on the inexperience and low level of expertise. He sealed the stonework with EXACTLY what we DID NOT WANT. Finally, we had a few nice 8' long stone steps up to the porch . He somehow miscalculated the number of steps (how do you not know this???) and was short 1 step. So he decided to put (2) 4' steps side by side - quite an eye sore! He expected I PAY FOR HIS MISTAKE and when I refused, he said he would eat the cost, order the step and come install it. Months have passed and like I said he is now a ghost. I STILL have the 4' pieces, and I am sure it will never get replaced. My mistakes - I paid in CASH & didn't hold back any amount for the 8' step. Live & learn. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. Anyone considering using them... feel free to call me first 416-435-9946.
