Bought a f150 Lariat power boost for this dealership my 3rd new vehicle from them.
The vehicle broke down the first day(July 29th) got fixed under warranty. 1 week later it broke down due to the same issue. I asked for my money back as I didn’t want a vehicle with so many issues. I was told that won’t happen as it’s a used vehicle now. Horrendously high fuel consumption with this new “ most fuel efficient f150 hybrid” Roll on to march 5th this year (7 months old). A squirrel got in the engine bay and ate the new eco friendly SOY BASED Wiring sheathing. A service tech told me they are getting lots in for the same thing!!!!!
Today is may 27th and the vehicle is still being fixed “when a technician has some free time” not booked in and worked on as a priority since it’s been out of action for so long but when a technician “has some free time”. Will never buy from or use them again. When I got upset in the dealership that it was taking so long I told by the service manager Scott if don’t like it take my vehicle elsewhere! A vehicle I can’t drive and had already waiting 8 weeks for parts to come in.

Update. Today 3rd June
On Tuesday I got a call from the service person Jen telling me my truck was ready however they couldn’t release to me because they had done additional work to the vehicle and the insurance had to approve the additional cost ( this changed for the previous Friday when I was told by the service person Jen that the repairs would be about $600 cheaper than quoted because they didn’t use one of the wiring looms) now the additional cost was $1409.38 more than quoted. Firstly they didn’t contact anyone prior to doing the “additional work” which caused another 3 day delay to pick up the vehicle.
Upon picking the f150 lariat power boost up today I drove 1 km from the dealership only to find that the cooling/headed seats and heated steering wheel don’t work
Turned around and took it back to dealership
Spoke to Jen and told her what was wrong to which she responded that she didn’t have a tech to look at it ( which I understand at 4:50 Friday). With that the service manager Scott came out of his office and said. “We don’t check that everything works! I’m not fixing your truck ! After reading your google review you and your truck are no longer allowed on the property” I said. “ but my insurance has paid to have this vehicle fixed!” To which he replied “ I don’t care, have your insurance deal with!”
I went to leave but stopped at the reception desk to ask for a contact name/number for the owner/ general manager which I was in process of being given when Scott came up and told colleague to leave and said “ stop harassing my staff and get off the property”
I have since found that the power tail gate no longer works also!
