Stay away from this business!
A technician (Eddie) came to our house to fix our fireplace and see why it is not starting. His diagnose lead us to order a part which was not needed as the fireplace did not start after replacing it. The owner refused to send the technician back saying that he did not tell us to order that part, even though that part was noted on the invoice. Looks like legal action is the way to go!
