I trusted them with a sapphire ring that meant the world to me. I thought it might need one new clamp. To make sure the stone never got lost , I was informed that it would need all six clamps and stone may break. I aloud the work ,TRUSTING THEM ! I requested Sapphire to be retuned if BROKEN "This was wrote on work order" They broke my stone and said first it got mixed with other stones than it went to the garbage! After returnin for third time demanding my stone I heard hammer smashing something ..I said out loud in store "she better not bring me a bag now with stone' and by god that's exactly what happened ,, I pushed the bag away and asked what the hell that was. After being told story after story .. You even had the nerve to say my ring was not real.. You desroyed my ring that was passed down to give to my daughter from her deceased grandmother. You got in my face Amber and called me a lier, Mr Rabethge you laughed and belittled my feelings from your chair,,So bad your own employee asked you to stop.. THIS WAS ALL RECORDED ..SEE YOU IN COURT! I'm done!

I moved to town recently and was happy to have found Rabethges. I had a bracelet that broke and I took it in to be fixed.
It was done very quickly and the cost for the repair was way within my budget and the cleaning they gave it really showed the setting of the diamonds. So now I’m off to pick up my earrings I dropped off on Tuesday to get the omega backs tightened and they are ready for pick up! They have been in business for 89 years.
