Reviews of Brudenell Riding Stables in Cardigan

Received extremely poor customer service. Was promised a 45-60 minute trip but only received a 30 minute time on the horses. We were informed by the worker that we would be able to take pictures by the beach, but was only at the beach for 1 minute, just to pass. We emailed them about a refund, and although they responded quickly, they responded rudely and childish, putting the blame elsewhere. The company finalizes the conversation by not giving us a refund, but by arrogently sending us a positive review of the company. I will not be going back for this 45 dollar ride, that wasn't worth more then 20 dollars. I don't recommend.
