The after sales service is non existant

Will never buy or recommend this company! Bought a travel trail elder end of July 2021. The PDI wasn’t done correctly either. Toilet had to be replaced only happens in the spring, kitchenette needs to be replaced, complete shower has to be replaced and it cannot be used. The service depart cannot fix until fall…maybe! Took it out once for the July long weekend to discover the rubber around the window pulled out and stuck between the slide out and the trailer wall and the valve to stop the water going from the outside service to the reservoir wouldn’t close causing the tank to over fill and blow out the front drain cap on the outside front of the trailer where we were sitting! Horrible long weekend! Dropped off at the service department on the way home and they still have it and not repaired! Have already reported the to the Ontario Consumer Protection and was told by them after this to seek legal counsel since they refused to take the trailer back las August when we tried and now are not doing the repairs. I think a class action suit is due now!

Purchasing my new travel trailer from this dealer was the worst decision I ever made. Everything seemed to go great for the initial purchase, however the issue is with the service. when I received my new RV i would expect that the PDI would have been done completely but it wasn't. I have a leaking toilette, but slides to extend correctly causing bugs to enter, and my AC doesn't work correctly. I have been in contact Betty-jean and Austin with little to no help in getting anything rectified. trying to reach my sales person is equally as hard.
