Reviews of The Brick in Chatham

No wonder why there are no customers going inside this store in Chatham. They delivered a defective sofa to us and it took more than a month for them to send a technician after calling them how many times. The lady in the store that I talked to and so rude saying things like I shouldn’t call the store blah blah where in fact they were the one who gave us the warranty and can’t even help us at all. This person needs to be fired for having a negative attitude and yelling a customer. No wonder why everytime we go to the store, it’s empty. You can see one or two customers browsing the furnitures and that’s it. No more bricks for us.
