Asked for a poutine that wasn't on the menu anymore, waiter said it wouldn't be a problem.
After a super long wait, the poutine came out with no gravy on it. The waiter then says if we want gravy it'll charge us extra. $3 later I pour the gravy over my gravyless poutine.
First bite of the meal I then realize the fries are cold. Ask for them to be reheated. They come back cold. I tell them again to nuke them, second time they come back cold. If my partner wasn't there paying for my meal I would have caused a scene.
Such a negative experience I can't help but warm others on every site I can.
