Everything about your store is a joke..... in 2 years we have bought 5 seperate purchases..... out bed collapsed 2 nights after buying and setting up, we returned the bed to get a store credit, and no call to say hey we found a bes so as 2 years have gone we are still mattress on the floor..... our expensive mattress caved in and was flat on the one side about 2 months and no warranty covered and you never made the option to replace the same mattress other then us to buy a newer model and we had to pay the difference.... then we bought a couch and within 5 months things are coming apart on the underside and all the support springs are falling out from underneath us as we sit... techs say they cant fix it and they dont make the model anymore so you offer us 900 store credit to buy another couch as we paide well over 2000 for the sectional..... and now our bloody washing machine just exploded yesterday, i have been on the phone for 4 hours and i was hung up on twice now, and yelled about by another lady accusing me that theres no info on our washer as the last 2 ladies i spoke too had all info on..... not saying the fastest you can get here is in 14 days, and if its not quick enough we should call our own tech since your service isnt up to my par.... we paid for a 5 year warranty and on the machine itself states 10 years warranty..... the products are absolutly crap and your customer service is just as bad if not worse..... i would never yell at my clients and tell them they were wrong..... I will let everyone know about this company and make sure everyone i know will never purchase from your store ever again. over 9000 in garbage and you cant live up to your warranty and stand behind your product
