Scheduling is bad whoever is doing it should be placed somewhere else as we have had our schedules changed 1,2 even 3 times in a week. Low pay which how can anyone survive when you start at griffin on $16.60 an hour.Id like to see management live on that.Experience in company don't mean anything especially if your not in the upper circle.The company does have nice jackets and vehicles and will higher anybody and EVERYBODY so if you need experience and looking for part time job this is the place.

Company is not run well, lowest paid security company on average in BC, Scheduling is brutal at times, weird army system which doesn'tgo by experience it goes by who they like personally. The only good thing is they give guards with no experience work.
