No phone orders.
Wont talk on the phone with repeat customer.
Disabled veteran cant order without them putting it through 2 times
Mobile site wont work
Called. They said use a computer and wont help online

Tried online it then sent me a confirmation from the mobile online account that didnt go through,now went through.
Then they said my card was not correct.
Then my visa said they did charge.

ASHLEY, was not helpful, refused to assist a disabled veteran, After providing my adress with 3 pieces of government ID.
Also a previous customer. That purchased bulk ammo.
Maybe they dont like me as a customer.
You could just call your customer that live remotely.
Please rectify this.
I will pass on my reviews and personal experience whilst teaching firearms courses to every military/police person/veteran I talk to.

Do not shop here. They double charge your card and input your data WRONG and then blame you. Mastercard is not Visa.

I have other credit cards. Why did they not ask?
