Exhausting experience with tool rental which started with a woman next to the rental desk yelling obscenities into her phone. When I asked her to please move away from the desk so I could hear the employee, she yelled at me. The employee did nothing. Got the tool home, it didn't work properly, I called and waited to be called back and the call didn't come. Drove the tool back (I live in Port Hope) and waited 15 minutes to get the refund processed. Some really helpful employees along the way but why did that employee tolerate that behavior from a customer and why was it so hard to get help with a product that wasn't working? Three hours I'll never get back.

Not only do they not honor the scanning code or section 53 of the competition act they will respond to your review asking to message them to continue the conversation and then never respond to you 👍
