Reviews of Mark's No Frills in Cochrane

While customer service is great during the day in grocery at night it is sorely lacking. There never seems to be anyone around to help and if there is they are blocking the aisles with pallets. Where is management at night? The store seems to be run by teenagers. As a regular customer I find that there is not enough staff in any department during the day. I find that the owner is always on his phone which makes it hard to ask him anything because you don't want to interrupt him. The prices are great, day staff is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you think the store is going out of business because of the lack of product on the shelves but I think that's due to lack of staff.
