Since hiring a new pharmacist, Kevin the place has fallen apart. I’m pretty sure you are loosing client because if his attitude. He appears to he extremely lazy, he make no attempt to get to know the clients. I’ve watched him not even pay attention when customers are waiting for him for service. I understand that even the store manager knows he is watching movies and such on the j ternet instead of watching if clients are standing at the desk. We have also watched him on many occasions to expect Heather yo answer the phone while she is helping customers. I have been there many times and listen to the excuses that he gives as to why their medications are not ready even though the Rexall call service has called then the customer. You have list me business and I know 100% that others are left too. Obviously Rexall does not care at all about making the customers at ease. As long as you have a useless person like him you will continue to loose. You have made a big mistake by letting go a pharmacist that had created a bond with clients and who looked out for their well being, the word has been spreading like wildfire and very short will appears on cochrane’s rants and rave.!you had better rethink this mistake, but I’m afraid the damage is done and you will suffer. By the way your store as a whole is even more expensive that Shoppers and I’m pretty sure you have also lost at that end. Get with the program Rexall and go back to caring about your customers. Until you go do your pharmacy will get avoided by most. Of note Kevin is not a prescribing pharmacist or even prefect. So when Manfred is not there he can’t even prescribe do why would a customer have to wait until Manfred returns. Again this shows complete lack of concern for your customers.
