Demanded cancellation they refused committed new delivery in writing end of September. 5 days before delivery was informed of a new delivery for December. Demanded full cancellation and refund. They wanted to drag out a new delivery. Explained not going to be in the country PERIOD”

High they did. They didn’t want to give me a receipt for the credit to my credit card. This is also not legal, in my opinion.

Upon research their website is loaded with similar scenarios.

Product is product buy for an organization that is willing to access their share house to determine distribution reality. It isn’t the brick.

Their comment is the unit in question is specially made to order. What a complete load of garbage.

Getting my cancellation is my last visit to the Brick for anything.
