Reviews of King Brand Healthcare Products in Collingwood

I ordered Kingbrand for my plantar fasciitis on December 29th and I still have not received the product. They sent it to the wrong address. Apparently I have to wait until it gets sent back and they receive it in order for it to be sent back to me. They have record 350$ payment and I have not had an apology. In fact I got told I would have to pay 70$ for shipping. This got waived when I asked to talk to a manager. The employee refused to say sorry for the mix up. I had to go to three post offices to find where it was sent. All they had to do was read me the address where it was sent and this could have been avoided. Then I had to call the post office and they told me my neighbour got it. I have a 3 month old baby, and 3 year old and twin 6 year olds. I still have not heard anything. I believe they could have just sent me one when they found out where it was. Maybe offer a rebate? Apologize?
