Worst service ever at Collingwood St Louis
Went in May 13 just before 630 they were not very busy said to the hostess we need to be in and out in an hour we were on the patio
She said I will send the your server over
The server came over repeated we were in a hurry she took our order right away, she came over to table a couple of times and said it won’t be long
Last time she came by she said it would be out in 3 mins
20 mins later I went into the restaurant we have now been there almost an hour
I was at the bar and asked to speak with the manager she said not here I am the supervisor
Well right off the get go I could see this girl had her back up
Told her the story about being in a hurry
Her reply was well You should of not came here if You were in a hurry
I said wow You don’t have to be snippy, she told me to leave I said I don’t think so
Could not believe her response she also said we are short staff
Believe me I understand that, I myself have worked in this business
So I went back to my table and said to my friend we have to leave, she could did not believe it
Then another girl came and said You have to pay for your pops I said I don’t think so she said oh yes you do
Then the so called supervisor came over and said leave now I said we are waiting for the bill for our pops she said leave You do not have to pay
Living in Collingwood all my life , I know a lot of people and had heard how St Louis Collingwood has gone down hill and is terrible
Being the kind of person I am , I thought I will try it
Boy they were totally right
It was a great place to go when Darryl, Shannon and Jack were there on the management team
Mean while people came in after us and had their orders, we ordered wings and deep fried pickles
Other tables had wings but got served before us
The rating is zero could not get it to remove the stars
