Reviews of Rivalda Tiles Inc. in Concord

Purchased 3 boxes of 24x24 marble tile from them. One of our boxes of marble tile was tampered with by Rivalda. It was resealed properly so there was no way of knowing upon delivery. They had replaced 1/3 of the tiles with an older version of the marble which looked totally different than the rest. We had to call a few times and ask them to deliver another box. They (the sales person in particular) was rude about it and tried to brush us off. After calling a few times they delivered the box.
The tiles being from another batch very very dark to the tiles on the floor in comparison. We took fifteen of the tiles and asked them to see if we can replace them with tiles that were a bit lighter in color. They refused and were very rude. The owner started saying things in Italian which we don't understand. Is this how you treat you customers Rivalda? The owner, M., said that she absolutely could not open a box and remove tiles from it. However, it was okay for them to do the same to our box that they found okay to tamper with. Oh, but she said she would open a box and give us fifteen tiles if we were to purchase them. Now half of floors are darker than the rest. In my opinion, Rivalda Tiles is unprofessional and is cheating its customers.
