I purchased my electric bike from vBike over a year ago. I have had a great interaction and experience with the owners and the customer service has been quite amazing. I have been able to get help/ assistance with my questions quite rapidly anytime needed.

I have used it for over 300,400kms since I bike around quite often throughout the year. The battery life is still amazing and the bike performs as good as new!

Amazing bike and amazing service. Bought my ebike in 2021and been using my vBike for food deliveries and I am so happy with my purchase.
Also the fact that they are local makes it much easier to get support when needed.
Have already recommended this bike to many of my friends.
