Reviews of Coquitlam Towing & Storage Co Ltd in Coquitlam

After my car was totaled in an accident, Coquitlam Towing was called by the police to tow my car to their lot. The following day I phoned to try to make arrangements to retrieve my personal items from the car.

I was most disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism shown by the young woman who answered the phone. I had barely started to explain my reason for calling when she interrupted with, "license number". After giving her the number, she claimed they had no record of the car. She repeated the license number to me, and it turned out that she had transposed some numbers. I proceeded to repeat my license number 3 times, and each time she repeated it back to me with the same numbers transposed.

I am willing to put up with a lack of courtesy if it is offset by efficiency. In this case there was neither. If I have any choice in the matter, Coquitlam Towing will never be in possession of one of my vehicles again.
