Difficult to get appointments in a timely manner

This is the worst possible doctor's office in whole town, the staff are rude and mess, the appointments are horrible, waiting for an appointment is almost a month and then you have to sit for about an hour to be taken to a small cell and then again wait for about half an hour to see the doctor!!!
Staff blame the patients for their unorganized work Dr. Gill seems like having Alzheimer he forgets what has proscribed the referrals and lab test results are getting missing most of the time, sometimes wrong medicines prescribed, once my prescription was at someone else's name and fortunately pharmacist noticed that, staff's attitudes are like patient owes them something, generally speaking the worst office in town. I have been Dr. Gill's patient for 25 years and I am regretting my waisted life with this office.
