Worst Experience in My Life
This is the worst dental work that I have ever had. I had 2 crowns almost 3 years ago which from the start kept and continue to fall out. Dr. Lee didn't even want to cement the one crown back in because I no longer had coverage ( as I had retired 10 months ago). I left in tears. The office called me back and one of the other dentists cemented it in. Since the start of these two crowns 1 1/2 years ago, I have had one cemented twice and the other one cemented twice in one month. A few weeks later...5
I went to an office in Squamish (where I recently moved to) to cement one crown that continues to Fall out and she told me that she didn't understand why this procedure was even done and that she could cement it in ( which she did one more time after this time) but she felt that it would most likely fall out again and that I would most likely be looking at a bridge, or implant and that the crown as such would not be an option any more because of my small teeth. She also said that I probably didn't need the crown to start with. Currently I am visiting my daughter for 4 months in America, and you guessed it...my crown fell out ( into the second month of my visit) and I'm toothless. Not so bad if it's a tooth on the side or back of your mouth, but this procedure is at the front which is uncomfortable and embarrassing. I will be filing a complaint.
