Poe and his team removed by old lawn, which was basically field grass. They excavated the top 4 inches, hard-packed dirt and weeds.

The base was built back up with clean, coarse, dark sand that is brought up from Duncan. They smoothly graded that and sprayed hydroseed.

The beautiful dark green lawn has grown quickly. The blades are fine and uniform — the nicest lawn around! I am so happy with the results.

The experience was great.

The team are pros, hard workers and good people.

Their positive attitudes, strong work-ethic and commitment to getting it right was such a unexpected bonus. I am glad to have met them.

In the end, a spotless cleanup….
and they would not accept a tip.
