Reviews of Courtenay Collision in Courtenay

After having two automobiles repaired here under insurance, the manager said he would do my third vehicle touchups at cost - which he said would be $300.00 (apparently made enough from the insurance ones) - and when I went in to set up an appointment (after having been put off twice already) to have the work completed I was verbally abused, called a clown and asked to leave the premises. I wasn't trying to argue a price - only quoting the price he had previously given me. The manager was aggressively rude and laughing while talking down to me and my wife (who has sent business to them in the past). As he yelled at me walking away, the owner came out and when I said I'd like to issue a complaint about the manager, he simply said he doesn't want to hear it and one of us will leave and it won't be his manager. What a scam and completely unprofessional on a multitude of levels. I support local businesses in the Valley whole heartedly but would never send anyone to this business as it is ethically and professionally compromised by its leadership and ownership in my opinion.
