Staff is really nice and friendly. But they sold me a used car which was plagued with problems. This car was getting repaired every second week and broke down after 2 months and after driving 1000 km . Another workshop/ garage checked this car and estimated costs now will be over 4000.- $. Lost a lot of money. Will not recommend this dealer to my neighborhood, family and friends. Sorry

Feb. 15, 2022, my wife couldn't get our 2015 Accord to start. We took it to this dealership (where we had bought our car new) for professional diagnosis and repair. So disappointing: after wasting half her day and charging us $100, the "technician" says "Couldn't repeat the condition."

Well, 5 minutes on Google and I figured it out: the starter!
Ordered a new one online, installed it myself and the car starts immediately now, every time. The "Service" Department didn't even bother to wash the car, as they had promised to. My advice: try the better dealership in Campbell River.
