Reviews of Capitol Tire in Cranbrook

My wife was in Cranbrook to pick up our daughter at the airport. She was early, so she went grocery shopping and when she returned the car had a flat tire. She called BC AA and the driver helped her and the folks at Capital Tire came to the rescue. The Capital Tire technician checked the flat tire and decided that we needed a temporary spare tire to get us back to Creation where it could be checked for warranty issues. He said that the temporary tire could be returned the next day. The Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He helped my wife and daughter get back to Creston safely. We are very grateful for the service that Capital Tire provided us during our out of town trip. It is rare these days to get such excellent service and I would highly recommend Capital Tire based on our experience with them. Thanks for you help, Martin W. Creston BC.
