While at this restaurant the employee ask us to wait at the order speaker In order to skewed their serving time and be able to report to be faster than they actually are.

Once we drove at the window the employee sneezed right into her hand and did not wash her hand before handling food and beverage.

Food buns were hard and dry, it was obvious that it wasn't fresh and had been sitting for a while.
