Reviews of Eagles Auto Repair in Dieppe

Worst garage I’ve ever dealt with. We knew our car needed repairs but they sent us home with a 40$ bill for their time and said the car was fine. Went to a competent mechanic and was told we have roughly 3900$ worth of repairs to be done. Most of which were VERY apparent.

DO NOT go to this shop.

Called to make a formal complaint. Mechanic didn’t want to hear it so he pawned me off to reception. Reception couldn’t find my file even though we were there less than 2 weeks ago because they don’t know how to use a computer and don’t have a proper filing system.

I had to point out that no one bothered to apologise because they certainly wouldn’t have done it on their own.

Instead they insisted their gross negligence “didn’t sound like something they would do” and asked if I was calling the right place.

Terrible service, incompetent mechanics.
