I have been introduced to Emotional Fitness in January, 2021. Before then, I was generally a happy person and always loved helping others around me going through hard times. However, I did not have the right tools to be able to properly listen to people without giving advice, taking on people's problems and feeling extremely empty. After attending a few Emotional Fitness sessions, I really felt listened to and it gave me a totally new view on being that listening ear for people. I never thought I would be able to do so without feeling a big weight on my shoulders. Yes, this is very possible! I am living it! I had discovered so many things about myself that I knew my life would be changed forever and that Emotional Fitness would become my new passion. For this reason, I decided to take the Coach Training course and it has been the best decision I have ever taken. Through Emotional Fitness, I am learning so many wonderful tools that are helping me both personally and professionally. I am also able to use them with other people to help them discover themselves. Becoming Emotionally fit is my main goal and even if I am a work in progress, it will always be a tremendous part of my life!
