Reviews of Brightside Learning in Dollard-des-Ormeaux

While I received high recommendations, the reality is that they offer no accountability for the success of our children. After 3 sessions, they unliterary imposed a change of coach, and when I innocently conveyed my concerns, my son was immediately dismissed from getting any service. This means that this business is not open to receiving criticism, and the success of our children is not their highest priority. It is a pity that a business that is responsible for helping kids to learn, does not feel that they need to learn to better their services for the well-being of kids with learning difficulties.
