Worst clinic ever. Both my kids have sever ADHD, and after moving to another city, we've asked Elna to transfer their info to their new psychiatrist son he would accept to treat them. After 3 months, several emails/phone calls, I am still waiting. After asking them to remove my children from their list so they could get a new pediatrician near their new home, they told me to ask RAMQ, when our clinic did it for my husband and I. Let me tell you: Elna doesn't care about you children's health.

My child was registered with one of the doctor almost 3 years ago. Never got to see the doctor until now. Then came covid. My child is not a priority and had few quick consultations over phone which are not the best way to assess a child specially that we never met the doctor . Always have to communicate by emails with the doctor or the secretary. We were never given an appointment to meet the doctor, to have a check up done. I have been trying to get that appointment for months now after our first appointment was canceled. Not the doctor or his secretary have been answering me. They are ignoring my emails. When you call the clinic they tell you to send an email! I am so disappointed, feeling disrespected, insulted ,not taken in consideration and ignored. Its not human or caring to be treated that way I did not expect such manners! I would definitely not recommend that clinic. Such a shame!
