So disappointed in my first online purchase at Robinsons. Ordered a pair of mens moccasins from the mens section of the online menu. I was sent a pair of ladies moccasins. I reached out online and received an email apology and was a told the mens style was out of stock. As requested, I replied with an alternate choice and also requested a return authorization. At that point the company rep (Louise) stopped responding. After a week I reached out by telephone, spoke to 2 different employees and was told that Louise was not in and would return my emails the following day. I accepted that and waited. As I feared, I have not received a reply and am pretty much resigned to the loss of my money. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a family company that advertises their friendly service. At this point all I can do is advise others not to trust doing business with this company. Lesson learned.
