Reviews of JCD Réfrigération Inc in Dorval

We called for a tech to come check our heating system and were advised by the secretary that if we could wait a day or two it would be cheaper than emergency rate. We waited. Tech came. Unplugged the heat pump, told us we'd get a full report with a list of OPTIONS in the next couple of days. Weeks passed. We kept calling. All they said was the whole thing has to be redone! No details, nothing. Charge for 1/2 hr. = $443. Our electrician called for details and was told he had to do work that JCD guys should be doing. Also, electrician was dismissed on the phone without answering his questions 'cause they were too busy to do so. We cannot recommend this company at all. We've engaged someone trustworthy to do what turns out to be nothing major. Buyer Beware!
