After heatwave of 2021, we got on a wait list to have a heat pump installed in 2023. Heard an ad on the radio that 360 Comfort Systems had heat pumps in stock and to call and make an appt. Met with rep in May of 2022 and was assured the pump we wanted was in stock and would be installed in mid-June. Cancelled our place in line at the first company to go with 360. Never heard anything from them until I called them at the end of June and was informed we were "fourth in line" to get the install done....sometime in September. Spoke to head of the sales dept and he was to call me around July 8 (after my sons wedding) to see if we were going to cancel or keep the Sept date. Never heard back and I've since left three messages just to know if we are even still on the install list. No courtesy of a phone call - but man alive they were damn fast calling me back when I was looking to buy a unit! Thanks 360 for convincing us to give up our spot with another company just to deal with your epic fail.
