Wow! I have had terrible experiences with trying different salons, looking for the one place and stylist that will listen to me, give me the full service (many places now skip washing!) and have a great environment. Years I have been looking. I booked the day before, not believing they had room for me. When I got there, I loved the place! Beautiful salon, open, bougie and plants! I was promptly greeted by my stylist, Hanna. She is excellent! She listened to me, which I really appreciated. She took her time to make me look amazing! She was very sweet and held conversation while ensuring I was hydrated. The price was the best!! And I left feeling like a million bucks 😀. I found my place!! Thank you Hanna!

I had a very disappointing experience here! They have poor communication and poor professional boundaries. I went into my appointment having previously sent in photos of my current hair and the hair that I wanted (a picture of my hair from a few years ago). I was told that I needed a 4-hour appointment. 4 hours and nearly 400 dollars later my hair looked virtually the same and not even remotely close to the colour that I wanted. My hair did not look bad, nor was the stylist rude or anything during our appointment but I did not get even close to the hair I wanted. The stylist shared her personal struggles and I was happy to be a supportive stranger, however upon reflection, I am concerned this may have distracted her from giving me the information that I should have been given. I told them I was not happy and they did not accept any responsibility and they did not apologize for their lack of communication, in fact, they blamed me for having long thick hair. All this is fine, but they should have offered to fix my hair free of charge or given me my money back, none of which happened! Never once did any staff member inform me that I would not leave the salon with the hair I wanted. Overpriced and will not be going back.
