Sadly, I had a very poor experience there the other day. Previously, I had a ring sized down there to wear as my engagement ring. I bought another ring later and went there again to have the initial ring sized back up again to fit my middle finger instead. When I went to pick it up again I of course tried it on to see that it fit. It did not. Not only did it not fit, it still fit the smaller finger only! There had clearly been a mix up and the ring had not been sized up again. I asked them, "What do we do?", as it clearly hadn't been sized, or in the very least not properly. The jeweller shouted at me, "You pay double!" The salesgirl got very angry and wanted to spray windex on my hands while we attempted to force it on...it still would not fit of course. The jeweller shouted over at me, "You swelled up!!" I said, "I have arthritis in my fingers...it is not swelling it is bone and bones don't swell." Then the salesgirl said, "He added gold to size your ring up!" I said, "He also removed gold when he sized it down to begin with. What happened to that gold??" Knowing I was correct, she angrily retorted, "You don't come back in here again!" I asked her, "Look..I am just looking for a solution. The ring obviously does not fit. What kind of business speaks to its customers that way?" (now I see from reviews I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE) I continued to try to find a solution but they wouldn't provide one. Finally I said, "I will pay for half of the sizing as I still obviously have to get it resized elsewhere". They said fine angrily, and I left. Here's an analogy for you....if you bought new tires for your car and went to pick up the car and the old tires were still on, would you pay half? Of course not. Well I did. This was the worst example of customer service I have ever encountered and they should be ashamed of themselves. Please go elsewhere and save yourself from the absolutely horrible treatment I endured there.
