I went to the Duncan store on June 2 in the afternoon; there were no people, and the employees were taking each other and walking around. I asked one of them, I was looking for a base for the umbrella on sale, and he said it was, pointing at items with his hand. He saw me carrying 18 kilos in the shopping car and did not help me at any time. Upon arriving at the checkout, the cashier wanted me to bring the 18 kilos to the counter to scan the product. She told me I couldn't get the shopping car outside the store and didn't know if someone could help me load it in my vehicle. After paying, I loaded my merchandise close to the main door, and since the base was so heavy, everything fell on the floor. I had to lift the shopping cart and my merchandise, and the cashier saw everything without doing ANYTHING. I am very disappointed where the customer service is. What is more important for an employee to talk with the other co-workers or help the client? And the worst thing is that I came from Victoria when I got home the base of the umbrella I bought was different from the one the seller suggested to me now I have to travel 45 minutes to return it.
