When looking for a part for my CPAP I first contacted head office who were VERY helpful. I needed only the connector between the mask and the hose. I was told yes that is a common part and that replacements were free. When at the Spruce Grove location I was told absolutely not and even if they had any they were not free. I invited them to call head office which they did not do. Will never go there again. Stacy at head office in Sherwood Park was so accomodating and put one in the mail for me! Receptionist in Spruce Grove is rude and comes off condescending with neither age nor degree to back that up. RT also tried mentioning that CPAP masks need replacing anyway every 3 to 6 months according to manufacturer...can you say MONEY GRAB??! Replied to that with "there is no way I will spend $300 2 to 4 times a year for a simple connector that head office said they give out for free!" Do NOT go to the Spruce Grove office! Rude and greasy.
